• Experience in enterprise architecture or advanced experience in one of the following subdomains: application integration architecture, information/data architecture, technical/infrastructure architecture, business architecture
• You follow the latest trends and evolutions of digital capabilities and can articulate a vision on this
• Good business development skills: sales, partnerships, stakeholder management
• Knowledge of cause-effect analysis
• Knowledge of organisations in your sector, it’s trends and drivers
• Able to see and articulate ‘the overall picture’
• Client and result oriented mind-set
• Willing to switch contexts and clients as regularly as required
• Willing to seek additional opportunities
Soft skills
• Entrepreneurship and proactivity
• Advance presentation and communication skills
• Fluent speaker and writer (Trilingual: Dutch, French, English)
• Organise and lead workshops for different audiences: business, IT, operational, strategic, etc.
• Good relationship skills, team player

Technical skills
• Knowledge of enterprise architectural frameworks: TOGAF, SABSA, IT4IT, ISO 19439, others
• Experienced in modelling languages for enterprise architecture: e.g. Archimate, Sparx EA, RCDA…
• Advance Microsoft Office Suite
• Broad knowledge of IT
Is a plus
• Certification in enterprise architectural frameworks TOGAF, SABSA, IT4IT
• Knowledge of scalable agile frameworks: SAFe
• Knowledge of platforms: SAP, Oracle, IBM, SharePoint, others
• Contacts with existing solution providers
